We at Anas Tourism strive hard to make sure every pilgrim has a smooth and enjoyable journey. But we are aware that unexpected events can happen. The terms under which refunds may be considered are outlined in our refund policy below.

Cancellations of Reservations:

  • Within seven days of the reservation, cancellations may be eligible for a complete refund, less any non-refundable processing costs.
  • After seven days after booking, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the services previously rendered or reserved, including lodging, airline tickets, and transportation.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Only when a cancellation is made for a legitimate reason—such as a medical emergency, a personal hardship, or travel restrictions—will refund claims be handled. It can be necessary to have the right paperwork.
  • If you are unable to attend the pilgrimage on the specified dates, you will not receive a refund.

Refunds for flights and accommodations:

  • Reservations for flights and lodging are governed by the policies of the airlines and lodging establishments. We will try with our service partners to begin any refunds that may be feasible in the event of cancellations, but this is not a guarantee.
  • We shall try our best to offer a suitable substitute in the event that flight schedules or accommodations change.

Refunds for tour packages:

  • You might be eligible for a partial refund for the tour package if unanticipated circumstances prevent you from attending. This will be evaluated according to the services previously provided and the time of cancellation.

Services That Are Not Refunded:

  • Depending on the conditions set by third-party providers, some services, such as insurance, transportation, and visa costs, might not be refundable once they are reserved.
